Soft fabric
This heated scarf from Woocodowe is made of a very soft fabric that is very nice on its own! I got the red and black squares version to match a fuzzy hoodie that I have in the same pattern.I got the power bank out to charge it before using it, but it was already powered up. The power bank fits in a small pocket at the bottom of the scarf. The heated section is just around the back of the neck area once I'm wearing the scarf. The controls are simple - there is a single button on the battery pack. You could press the button through the scarf, but I have been taking it out just to make sure I have it on the right setting before putting it back in.I probably wouldn't classify this as a "fashion" scarf, but it is definitely a hard-working neck warmer. This would be perfect for working outside, attending sporting events, etc., or even just hanging around the house on super chilly days.

Very warm and soft
These are such a cool idea. Sometimes when my neck starts going into spasms I need to keep heat on it until it's subsides. Sometimes it's just not practical to walk around with a heating pad on me, like when I'm at work. Our office is not well heated to boot. This seems like the perfect solution. The scarf is a little wider than another one like it that I have. The material is very soft, plush and luxurious feeling. It was easy to charge up and insert the battery into the zippered pocket in the scarf. There's a little button that is not visible from the outside that you push to turn it off. I like that the button is not visible, who needs to know that I have a heated scarf on? Nobody! There are three settings for high, medium, and low heat. The high heat is almost a little too warm for me but I put it on that until it gets heated up because it does take a few minutes to get there. Then I turn it down to medium or low to so the battery lasts longer. I'm estimating a few hours out of every charge.Just so you know the part of the scarf that heats is about halfway the length of the scarf and so you have to wrap it pretty snugly around your neck to get heat all the way around. The only downside to this is that the end with the battery and the switch and the whole heating mechanism is on one side of the scarf, combined with the fact that it's very soft material, almost slippery. The result is that even when I tuck the one end of the scarf in the little loop on the other end it starts slipping out. A better design would include some sort of clip or snap to keep it in place, alternately maybe a little more weight on the other end as well to balance it out. Otherwise I love everything about this.

Kept me warm
Used this scarf on a really cold night (46 degrees) and it kept me SO warm! It uses a battery power bank to heat things up, but it lasted quite a while. The battery wasn't too heavy for me, I honestly didn't even notice it much. The fabric is also very warm and cozy, if it's not too windy you don't even need to turn it on the stay warm.

Cozy Warm Scarf!
This heated scarf is so comfortable and feels soft against your skin. The battery pack that came with it was already fully charged upon arrival so I was able to try the scarf right away. A long press turns it on and off, and short presses changes the heat settings. When I turned it on, the scarf heated up pretty quickly. The battery seems to last for a good amount of time, it lasts longer if it is set on the lowest setting. I like the color and the length is good for me, and the battery pack is not too weighty. I love the fact that the on/off button is located on the underside of the scarf so that when you wear it, it's not visible. My neck is always cold so this is exactly what I was looking for.

Comfortable Heated Scarf with Effective Warming, But Needs Balance
As the weather cools down, I wanted to try this heated scarf, and it’s been a nice way to stay warm. The heating elements are positioned at the back of the neck, and they provide a lot of heat, especially on the high setting. The scarf itself is soft and comfortable to wear, though I did notice one small issue: with the battery pouch at one end of the scarf, there's no counterweight on the other side, so it tends to slide to the weighted side, requiring frequent adjustment. The scarf comes with a Smart Li-Polymer Battery Pack (model RTX-DR08), which is used in several heated clothing products. This gave me confidence that replacing the battery in the future will be easy. It charges via a standard 5V USB-A connection, but I did have an issue where it wouldn't charge with a more powerful charger, even though it used a USB-A port. The scarf comes with a charging cable but no wall adapter. The battery pack also has four LEDs to indicate charging status, to tell that it's charging visually.Overall, the scarf is lightweight, soft, and provides excellent warmth, but a small counterweight on the non-battery side would improve the balance. It's a comfortable solution for staying warm in cold weather.

Soft and snuggly
This rechargeable heated scarf is so warm and cozy. It heats up well and is very soft on the inside. It's short but not too short and stays in place well because of the loop you can pull the one end through.
