Great concentration of omega 3 and Vitamin D - after taking for 2 months I can see such a difference in my skin and hair! My hair is super shiny while my skin is clear, would purchase again.

Unfortunately image states it has vit d included but on my second delivery just received plain omega 3.

Okay product and fairly neutral tasting but all of the pills stuck together and were impossible to break apart without some of the pills bursting and leaking all everywhere.

I'm contributing to my brain with these. Many supplements on the market. Dr. Amen recommended these ones, based on the locality & quality. If they're the best - thats what I'm getting for my body.

Ordered one day delivered next day well packaged. Have only been taking for a few days but feel difference in joints. Well worth paying the extra for something that works
