This stuff works especially when using with saran wrap.. I lost a lot of water retention on my tummy. Eating right and doing some leg lifts on my bed actually helped too. :)

i like it, not big different but keep me in my side no matter what i eat and it does work when you do exercise,,,,

I bought this product months ago thinking this might help me burn some fat (with the help of working out) I used it for the type its to b use to "loose" the fat. Did not work!

I didn't lose the 3 inches in one week like they said I would. But, the longer I used it I noticed it was working. Love it. Its been a month since I started using it.
