This book is very easy to understand. It doesn't have so much confusing information that you just want to put it down and not ever pick it back up again.

I ordered this because I wanted to get easily understood instructions but it was too elementary for me. I returned it, but it's a great resource for a true beginner.

This book is well written and easy to understand. It takes b you from downloading and installing to using them to make your life or job easier. It takes you through each program step by step including tips and hints to help you with each. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to use Microsoft 365 to make their job or life easier.

The book did not have the detailed information I expected or was looking for.

Simple and to the point

I purchased two of these books (one for me, the other for a student) in hopes to learn more about Office 365 other than general knowledge but found that this book was a complete waste of money. This book is very vague. The author could’ve added more substance by creating exercises worksheets for each chapter. Also, The QR Code provided denied access to the “free” bonus content.

Senior citizen who needs help.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great book for learning about everything the Microsoft office suite has to offer. Everything was explained in easy to understand language. Having office 365 is definitely a boost to your business productivity and this book is great in helping to get you started.

This book is great for anyone who's only familiar with Office, as well as those who use it every day. Each program within the Office is explained and made simple. I learned a few tricks I wasn't aware of, and how to begin to make full use of things I've ignored for years! I would highly recommend this crash course!!
