So far so good
So far I’m happy with the product. I work out. I’ve been good and I’ve been feeling like I’ve been getting muscle mass. Keep you posted in the future.

Solid
I recently tried Legal Limit Labs Alphagen, and overall, I think it’s a solid supplement with some pros and cons. The formula is pretty straightforward—creatine, HMB, L-leucine, and phosphatidic acid—all ingredients that are known to support muscle growth and recovery. I like that it doesn’t have any unnecessary fillers, which makes it feel like you’re getting exactly what you pay for.One thing I noticed is that it mixes well, but it foams up quite a bit, which can be a little annoying if you’re drinking it right away. The taste is neutral, which is great if you like to mix your supplements into other drinks without affecting the flavor. After using it consistently, I did notice less muscle soreness between workouts, which was a nice bonus. I can’t say I saw dramatic gains from this alone, but it definitely seems to help with recovery. The price is on the higher side compared to buying these ingredients separately, so whether it's worth it really depends on how much you value the convenience of an all-in-one formula. If you're looking for a clean, no-frills muscle support supplement and don’t mind a bit of foam, this could be a good addition to your routine.

Good support for muscle building and old age muscle retention
Good support for muscle building and old age muscle retention with Creatine, HMB, L-leucine, and phosphatidic acid which are all ingredients that are known to support muscle growth and recovery. One of the most promising nutritional supplements for the preservation of muscle mass in old age is beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB), for preserving lean body mass in muscle wasting conditions like sarcopenia (old age).It is said that Daily HMB supplementation (typically up to 3 g/day) is demonstrated to have an anti-catabolic effect, enhance protein synthesis, attenuate proteolysis, increase muscle mass, and decrease muscle damage in older adults. This seems like a good source of HMB and the other main things to support this goal.

Stronger and Leaner
I gave this supplement to my son to use in a muscle building phase as he was getting back into some heavy weightlifting. He reports that it gave him great energy, and he felt strong and lean while using. He didn't have any stomach upset or adverse feelings when taking. He asked me to get more, so that's a good reaction to the supplement.

I did not notice a difference
I waited to review this until I had used the entire package.I've been using creatine on and off for a few years now. I'll load up in the fall, and take it every day during bulking season, then go off of it over the summer months. I know how it makes me feel, and what kinds of improvement to expect. So I got this stuff with all these extra additions with their wild claims, and switched from my current micronized creatine powder to this, and only this, until the powder ran out.I didn't notice any change in energy, recovery, or muscle gain over plain creatine. And I didn't notice a difference going back to plain creatine. This is good stuff, don't get me wrong. It's flavorless, mixes easily, and does what creatine does. It just didn't do anything more than that for me. So for me, this won't be worth the extra cost to take over regular creatine.

Good ingredients, but they don't mix well.
I've tried using this product, both in water, and in my smoothie, which is a milk-based mix, and both cases (over multiple instances) there is a foam that is produced from this product. And when I have used other parts of this product, I have found that Lucien is the culprit for this kind of presentation. That said it's the right ingredients and I think that's a good quality product in itself. But what I find displeasing is that it creates this foam that actually creates a discomfort when I ask when I there is a foam that is produced from this product. I always finish my protein shakes, but in this case, the last time I used this product, I could not finish it. And when I woke up the next morning to see it still there, the foam still had not broken down. So ultimately while good ingredients, it doesn't mix well or as well as I would've liked.

Clean Athlete Complex
I’ve been using Alphagen for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my workout routine. The combination of creatine, HMB, and L-Leucine seems to help with recovery and maintaining lean muscle. I haven’t noticed any major changes yet, but I feel like my endurance has improved slightly. My only small complaint is that the flavor is a bit bland, so I usually mix it with something else to make it more palatable. Overall, it’s a good product if you’re looking for a clean, straightforward supplement to support your fitness goals.

Expensive and tastes/smells bad.
This is low quality in my opinion. You only get 4 grams of creatine but 3 grams of HMB, which is a lot of HMB at once. The added Leucine is negligible. This is $40 for 30 servings. You’re better off with just creatine itself for cheaper. The smell and taste of HMB never gets better - it always is really bad and wont fully mix in the water. Try a different brand because this isnt it.
