Makes a great gift. Loved them so much I kept one for myself and ordered another for a gift. Only thing I don't like is the rack sits inside the pan and doesn't have handles like the popular copper ones which makes taking rack out when it's hot a bit more difficult. Still this is a great pan. Works fantastic for cooking things you want to keep out of the drippings. I use ours to roast stuffed peppers, cook asparagus and to make great crispy fries.

These are much thicker than the rubbish that came with my Cuisinart air fryer. They fit well although not quite as deep as the original and they are dishwasher safe. Ive used them several times now with no issues. I'm very pleased with them.

I like these smaller 12x10x1 trays with a fitted air rack, very much. But at least one corner is not finished (rolled) as the rest of it is and I sliced my finger just picking it up. Now, I will take a file and round that sharp edge off in the next day or so. But it is worth checking on yours if you order them. I won't return them, they seem well made, fairly solid - good gauge metal, and perfect for what I want them for.I am currently dry brining chops in my refrigerator. I don't have room for a standard 18 x 13 sheet pan (the so-called half sheet pan) in my refrigerator. I wanted something smaller that I easily fit in whatever space I can find. And these work perfectly. I would buy them again, but hopefully ones without that sharp edge!

High quality, won't warp at high temperature

I previously had a copper coated pan with a screen rack that was very hard to clean, and the copper was flaking off. These are very easy to clean, sturdy, and work well.They do warp a bit under high heat, but that is not really a problem.

I bought 2 of these baking sheets with racks and am really happy with them. The perfectly fitting racks double as a cooling system for baked goods. The only problem I've encountered is cleaning the pan after cooking meat (even using non stick spray). Although these pans are great quality, I have to soak the pans overnight and then scrape off what's left the next morning. Easy fix though...cover the pan in foil. All in all, I'm very happy with the product!

We've not had them for very long, but so far we're very happy with these pans. We've used both pans in the toaster oven and dishwasher several times and have not found any warping or discoloration. The wire racks are quite sturdy, which was a surprise.For those interested, the exterior measurements of the pans are 12 3/8" x 9 11/16". The measurements listed in the description are for the interior measurements of the pans and it they just barely fit in my toaster oven.

I've used the product a couple of times and they seem to be great. We will see after a couple if months. They do seem very sturdy and easy to clean.

The metal cooling rack is definitely not sturdy enough to take heating up to 180 Celcius (356F). Metal cooling rack warps, then after a while the stainless steel tray also warps. Using this will cause multiple bongs and bangs coming from your oven due to the sudden warping, very startling.

Impressive quality. We have been using these for the past couple of weeks and wonder how we did without them. Just the right size as they fit well into a 60cm oven and leave room for more. The other one with 2 racks was a little small for our need. I do wish they had bundled a 2nd rack which would have been great.

Should have read the other product reviews. These sheets aren't heavy duty enough and will warp in the oven. You have been warned.
