So scrummy veggie Sunday Roast. Also great warmed up the day after on its own for lunch. Nutrition wise it's a pretty average source of protein, but not bad either.

Have to get the water quantity right, add more or less depending on how moist or dry you like the roast. Tastes great though!

Didn't like. Fine if you like a lot of nuts but not an alternative to meat. You may as well have a roast dinner with a portion of mixed nuts.Chicken flavoured quorn really does make a perfect alternative to the chicken roast dinner, but this nut loaf cannot compete.
