Amazing free workout program and great the bands are in KG
I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve never understood why resistance bands are in lbs and gym equipment is in KG!! These are the only bands I’ve seen that label in KG and I’m finally confident I can seamlessly workout at home the same as in the gymAlso the free workout program is greatLove love love

Resistance Band Workout Kit
I was really impressed with the quality of this comprehensive set of bands and to make it even more brilliant there was a booklet with it with loads of excercises to do with the bands, by a fitness professional. Now following her too on Instagram!! Highly recommend and it is good value for money.
