I don't have much experience using resin but it's been something I've wanted to try for a while now. So I got this resin as well as a silicone mold of Christmas ornaments to experiment with. I added some glitter that I already had to add some color the resulting product. Most of them turned out quite well. I did have one batch where either I didn't get the ratio quite right or perhaps didn't mix it quite well enough and the resulting object turned out 'gummy' - that is, it never really fully set and remained pliable even after a few days. That one, I believe, was my fault as the other ones I've made have turned out completely solid after a couple of days of curing and have looked very nice.In short, be very careful to mix the two resin parts in equal measure, and mix for probably longer than you think you should. You could also be extremely careful to make sure that where you put the molds your using is completely flat: use a level if necessary, as I messed up another batch as the end product was thick on one end and thin on the other as I failed to properly level the area. In terms of bubbles, while I was concerned about them, they simply weren't an issue in the final product. After I poured the resin mixture in the molds, any bubbles I put in during the mixing process came up to the top within a couple of minutes and I was able to use a toothpick to pop them.I short I've had a lot of fun with this product and will have to buy some more resin to continue experimenting.

This may be due to the age of the resin I was using before this, but my old bottles never fully cured, they were always gummy or would simply not cure at all. This one cured exactly how resin is supposed to. I'm thankful for the 1:1 mixing ratio, it's a lot more simple than the 2:1 I was using.The claims about it being safe, I'm weary of. I know the vast majority of resins are actually highly toxic and require gloves and respirators with a filter rated for fumes or you can really poison yourself. I'm not going to sit there and inhale the fumes of this for days to test how safe it is. I still use respirator and gloves when handling this just in case. I recommend everybody else does as well.As for the claims of no bubbles, that's not really possible with resin, it can be low viscosity but there will be bubbles due to the way you mix and pour. The only way to not have bubbles is either vacuum chamber (that's what I use) or pressure pot.I can't attest to the non-yellowing part yet, maybe in 2 years. I use these to make dice (for myself) and all the non-yellowing resins I've used previously have all yellowed within a few years so we'll see.

I have used several resins, and this one is one of my favorites. It's a really good resin. I highly recommend it.

I haven't done any resin crafts before, but I found this product easy to work with. It was easy to measure and mix and even though I used some dollar store molds (I didn't want to make much of an investment to start) I was happy with the results. It took a few days to completely cure, and the pieces were slightly bendable before that, but when it was done it the pieces were solid and looked very nice. I bought some dye and made a second batch, was more careful with the pouring and got better results. Overall, I can recommend this resin as easy to use and good for beginner resin crafters (and likely experienced crafters too).

I'm new to the world of resin so I was glad to see some instructions included. However, the instructions aren't real thorough, so it takes a moment to get situated and up and going. I thought the bottles of the resin were kind of small when I got them, but looking into it and comparing to other bottles, I guess this is a pretty decent value.  The types of crafts that you can do with this numerous. I'm thinking about starting to small and just doing some earrings with the dried flowers.

Of course there are bubbles and I'm not sure what they've done to achieve this, but if you leave the mixture alone for a few minutes the bubbles 'defoam', as pointed out in the directions. I like the 50/50 mix ratio which just makes the whole process easier. There is an abundance of information on how to get the best results and what the manufacturer has done to make this product different (e.g. hindered amine light stabilizers) right here on this page, and it's a little exciting to think the resin may not yellow over time like just about every other epoxy resin product . So far so good, nice clear results and a good price for the starter kit.

If you don't need an industrial amount of resin this is a great deal price to amount. Just remember to mix 1 to 1, and please, do not mix indoors! Use in a well ventilated area and at LEAST wear a rated mask.I have a couple of cute gnome molds I want to paint, and this was the perfect amount toi do a couple of them plus another small succulent plant plant shaped mold, both very deep, opaque molds, so my new love for UV resin wasn't going to cut it with those. I mixed the resin out in my garage then brought the molds inside to cure, and the results are great.I plan to paint them, so I'm not worried about them yellowing, so YMMV there.

I love to craft - mostly being vinyl, woodwork, clothing and household goods so I really wanted to try my hand at resin. This kit makes it super simple to learn and be affordable! Everything other than a mold is included. Instructions are easy to follow so you don’t have to worry about out mixing. I did a small little keychain to try. No bubbles, dried completely in 24 hours and was crystal clear. Can’t wait to try a larger scale project. If you just getting started I highly recommend trying this out.
