This is a really well made design for an indoor dryer vent. I was previously using a homemade contraption, that worked but definitely didn't hold the lint so well. It's pretty easy to set up, especially if you already have a vent hose on the dryer and to place this on the wall. It's definitely thick walled, made of a heavy PVC material. There are multiple filters included, but I can't imagine really going through them as you could clean them off if they get dirty. You can always get rolls of the filter material and cut your own to fit, I do this with my air vents. Definitely the best one I've seen at the best value.Other reviews mentioned a dehumidiying feature, but this version is the regular one without that function. There is different version with that particular feature. I didn't mind not having the dehumidifier as I'm not in a very humid area and my house is usually pretty dry, second floor as well. Would definitely recommend for a very cost effective way to use a dryer if you don't have an external vent.

We like the indoor dryer vent concept and this particular model. This model has a verygood filter that catches all the lint escaping the dryer filter. It's easy to keep the filter clean when doing the dryer filter. I particularly like the moisture and warmth the indoor concept offers. The increased humidity in the house gives a comfortable feeling when the dryer is running. The indoor concept keeps rodents from using the dryer vent hose us their winter storage area for nuts, pet food and the like. Last time moving the dryer and vacuuming out their winter provisions. Highly recommend this item.

Does not do anything other than filter the lint. There was no water in the tray. This doesn’t stop humidity… at all. It’s a temporary fix though when you don’t have a vented laundry room like me… but I wouldn’t buy it if you’re more worried about humidity because this thing does not collect any water. I’m disappointed

Instead of your dryer air going outside in the winter time, you can use this to keep your home warm. Would have given 5 stars if extra filter pads were available.

My dryer is in my basement and I dont have a vent . It worked just fine.

It works, but DOES NOT catch the condensation and the vent on the back will have it dripping down your walls if you wall mount it. Ours is sat on the floor currently but I plan on taping the back vent closed before I try to hang it again. I'd also recommend a dehumidifier in the room when using this.Also, the filter pads fill fast and don't wash out well, I've resorted to using drier sheets in their place which catch the fuzz just as well

Easy to install minimal tools. Works great!!I bought an old house that had been updated with the dryer in the garage. No vent was installed or it was covered. This was a great alternative to modifying the house.
