Traditional Real Wood Portable Double Freestanding 4 Foot Ballet Barre, Stretch/Dance Bar, 4 Feet Fitness Barre - 29 inch Base

I was considering getting a Vita Vibe barre because my friend loved hers so much. I'm glad I didn't. This barre is a fraction of the price. The wood is nice and smooth. It was super easy to assemble. There weren't instructions, but it was very simple to figure out. It doesn't slide around on my slippery engineered hardwood floors. It's sturdy, but lightweight! I've been using it for a little over a week now. Neither barre has slipped out of place and I've put my legs on them to stretch. The bag seems fairly sturdy too... no road test yet, so the jury's still out on that one. I see a lot of reviews about having to use sandbags which almost deterred me. I think that if you're not used to working with a barre (eg. you're holding on for dear life or pulling) you will have an issue with it tipping. But you'll have that issue with anything that's not bolted to a wall, honestly. Pre-professional/Professional dancers - you can stop your search here. I say don't bother with the more expensive barres. This one is great!

This is a great barre. It’s very easy to assemble, quality materials and is light weight. This does what it’s supposed to do. It can wobble a bit, but not too badly. My daughter uses it everyday.

Bought this for my daughter. Very easy to put together and light enough to move. The bag is helpful. Wood feels smooth and barre height adjusts easily. My only caution is that it is very lightweight. If you have a dancer that uses the barre for much more than a place to rest her/his hands, the barre will tip or shift. It’s worked well for practicing what she already knows but has been less successful when experimenting with new moves. A good barre for dancers who already dance primarily off the barre.

The bar and its attachments tend to slide up and down very easily and out of the side bars and the frame is very wobbly. I am having to find ways to stabilize it more prior to my daughter being able to use. She’s of course disappointed she won’t be able to use it prior to an audition.

I am on tour with a Broadway Show that is primarily dance. Got this for my dancers for warm up and training on the road. What an amazing product. Impressed with the ease of set up. The birch wood bars are perfect. Just like at home in a studio! Totally worth the price!

Easy assembly. Barre adjusts quick and easy. Holds in place well. Wood is smooth.

This barre no matter how tight you tighten all of the screws, the bar does not stay in place and rotates when you have your foot/ankle up on it. The base is very unsturdy, wobbles and is by all aspects a very low quality product. 100% DO NOT recommend.

I must say given my background as a Classically trained ballerina this is everything I was looking for. It's easy to assemble & breakdown. It comes with a convenient travel bag! The height is easy to customize & I wish I ordered 1 sooner!
