A very broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Negatives: the tablets are really big, and one have to take two every day. They have a very strange aftertaste, but the worst is that they irritate the stomach lining, and I was taking them after lunch. I had to start taking Rennie with them. They are also too expensive, for over £10 you only get a month’s supply.
