360° cooling.
The product fits well, though you must remove the fan from your old shroud and install it in the new one. Verifiable air flow all around the nozzle. Easy to install, looks and feels well made. Very satisfied!

Bed Level issues when running this shroud
I'm giving three stars as the shroud worked as intended but ended up causing bed leveling issues. The shroud was great until it wasn't. Worked fine for approximately 10 prints before I started having issues. While its intended purpose was there, the part that surrounded the nozzle was giving false bed level reading when the calibration touched directly in front of the tip cleaner. This was as a result of the fan drooping down with consistent use and impacting the tip cleaner and making the bed mesh show 1mm higher at that point than the next highest point. The nozzle wouldnt get low enough to lay down a good initial layer on larger prints in vicinity of the cleaner. All centrally located prints didnt have issues. If you mostly print small items on the K1 or K1c then you are good to go buying this. For larger prints or multiple objects that come near the cleaner brush on the a or b creality plate (unless you go full klipper and eliminate the cleaning routine to delete the brush) you will have issues time and time again.

K1 Max version fits both K1 and K1 max
Works great. Good overhand quality. Blob of death killed two of my stock fan ducts. Solid replacement.

3D Printed in Nylon
I thought I might be able to fit this to my Aquila but haven't had the time and went another route. The head is very lightweight and really cool. I love printed parts for 3d printers, it just makes sense. Even some of the packaging was 3d printed. The description say the material is "PA12" which is a nylon and seems durable but they use a very odd wording to say it is 3d printed, "Multi-Jet Fusion technology with PA12". In fact, they do not mention anywhere that it is 3d printed in the description. ?? For that I deducted a star because it seems a bit dishonest, especially since all the pictures are 3D renders and not of the actual product.Come on Creality...

Must have K1 upgrade
The media could not be loaded. Love it. The printer is so much more quiet.

Would highly recommend
I have made many custom tool head covers for various units in my time with 3D printing. I saw this one and it was pretty much what I was designing myself, more or less. I thought I would give it a shot and I have to say "I am NOT Disappointed" Build quality is solid, design is well thought out, and it looks almost stock. The performance is huge, you will see the filament swirling in a tornado when you do filament changes, it does a great job of putting air on all of the model around the hot end. I would recommend this upgrade to any K1 Max user even if they can make their own designs. I doubt I would have done a better job myself.

Not CFS compatible
It does work better than the stock fan, but just marginally. If you are not planning a cfs upgrade, this will help if you are printing steep overhangs. And it looks cool. But, if you are planning to upgrade your K1 to multi material, do not buy this! I had mine installed for a month, only to have to take it off again. The 360 degree fan duct extends too far toward the back of the printer and does not let the nozzle travel far enough to purge in the hopper

An excellent upgrade for a K1 printer
The media could not be loaded. I have the original K1 printer from the second batch of these printers that were shipped. I’ve changed the extruder to the latest version and have upgraded it with metal gears as well. I also upgraded to the "Unicorn" Quick-Swap hot end that you find on the K1C. These various upgrades have made printing with this printer pretty easy and dialing in new filaments has become very simple, almost an afterthought. As a side note, at this point I'm using PLA and PETG for printing, FWIW.I didn’t think that there would be another simple upgrade I could do that would further improve prints, so was surprised and pleased at how well this BEN2C Nautilus fan duct works!Installation of the Nautilus was very easy, there were no surprises here. The blower from the old one fit the new one perfectly, though I had to pay attention to the instructions to actually get the Nautilus installed on the hot end correctly. But it fits well and works perfectly.I disabled the side fan to test how well the Nautilus functions. I actually haven’t felt the need to reconnect the side fan at all up to this point, as the prints come out very good, even better than with the original fan duct and side fan operating. And the K1's print chamber stays cooler as well, which was a welcomed surprise as I prefer leaving the lid closed to cut down the noise when the K1 is operating.I’ve included pictures of how it fits on my K1 printer and a short video of a print job with the new fan duct (an articulated dolphin with pink 3DHoJor PLA Pro filament). I’m very happy with how my K1 prints with these upgrades, including the BEN2C Nautilus fan duct. Hopefully I’ll get surprised again that there’s even more simple things I could do to further improve this printer!
