OUERMAMA Black Magic Cane Metal Appearing Cane with Video Tutorial and Free Gloves, Pocket Staff Magic Tricks

So I bought this as a prop for some of my D&D sessions. We have a particularly annoying and obnoxious character who uses a staff. I thought this would be a pretty funny way to make him even more obnoxious.Upon first opening it this thing I made the mistake of being too close to the wall, causing it to launch OFF the wall and into my t.v luckily not breaking it. When putting it back together the sharp edges were very difficult to deal with, especially when it began unraveling. Its very important to wear the gloves supplied otherwise you will cut your palm like I did.We managed to get it open 2 more times, each time causing everyone in the room to run for cover. Its fast, its quick, and if your facing one of the edges it can easily put an eye out.The reason why I am rating this 5 stars however is because it is exactly what it says it is and works exactly how it claims to work, albeit a bit more "aggressively" than I had anticipated. Use the gloves, give yourself A LOT of room (especially when first time using it), and NEVER point it at your face.Hopefully yours turns out to be more worthwhile than mine however which is now sitting in one of my drawers like a live hand grenade Im too afraid to touch.

This product is a total waste of money. I received the item and started to use it. The first time I opened it, it fell apart. The wand was very flimsy. I just threw it away. I would highly recommend you stay away from this product.

After seeing all of the reviews, I swore I was being careful and still slightly cut my thumb lol. But you can definitely get the hang of it and be stylish with how it extends. I recommend not leaving in your pocket. It can at times pop and extend on accident. It wont be fun if you forget it's in your pocket and it does it. It did this in my car and it took me forever to get it from stuck under and between the seats. I used it for Gambit cosplay and kept mine in bookbag when not in use after learning it may pop out whenever. I recommend mastering how to twist it back closed over and over again before you go out. It was difficult at first but after some wearing it down a good few times, it became easy

A cheap prop but a good prop. Fun. Mind the sharp edges and scratching the enamel.

I want to give it 5 stars overall because this thing is hilarious although I had to be realistic. Do not sit this in a cup holder in your car while driving, you will get the surprise of your life. I've been playing with this thing constantly and its withstood a lot of abuse from a very easily amused 29 year old. If you're thinking about buying this cane for whatever reason seriously just buy it. Its stronger than expected so you can hit your friends with it if you want (and trust me, you'll want to) but it will more than likely scare your pets but to be fair, in their eyes a giant cane just came out of the palm of your hand so theres that. I'm gonna buy another one just because it's so amusing, once the pin is popped its like a hand grenade and after showing your friends once, they'll know it and it's a great way to get some personal space. Buy the cane, thank me later

It's a great idea but it breaks super easy and I had no idea how to get it down for the longest time lol and now that it's bent it doesn't close at all so I would t buy it

was hard to unblock and hard to put back as well. it was sharp and I actually cut myself multiple time, would not buy this for kids

many people buy these with false expectations. no this isnt a self defense weapon. yes it has sharp edges that can cut you. ignorant people buy this and are amazed when faced with the consequences of using it... even tho they skipped over people in comments and reviews saying these exact same things. if you are buying this for its intended purpose (a cool magic trick to show your friends) than i cannot recommend this product more. the gold foil was much easier to trim than other foil covers i have had for these. the slug at the end didnt unravel out of the end, and the included instructions with video links are more than good enough to teach you how to use this. have had it for a while now and after 50+ times of opening/closing it, it works as good as if not better than when i first got it.
