nice mix
This is an electrolyte powder that is supposed to taste like a mix of orange/lime/blueberry/raspberry. This mix has a good fruit punch flavor. Each serving includes a good amount of vitamins and minerals in addition to the electrolytes. When you mix the powder with water, make sure to stir or shake thoroughly so it evens out for a better taste overall. The powder/water seems to separate so it's best to stir/shake each time you drink after a while. The taste is pretty sweet like a lot of hydration powders. This is a good way to stay hydrated after working out or during a workout or any other physical activity.

Good Clean Electrolyte Mix
I know that electrolyte powders are a hot item right now. As if all of a sudden, the world has figured out the straight water is often not enough!!However, so many of the mixes are loaded with sugar or artificial flavor etc etc.I was stoked to find a mix that is clean and has a good balance of essential minerals.Of course, this is all moot if you have to gag the product down!I am pleased to report that, for me at least, the flavor is quite pleasant in a fruit punchy way!I will be coming back to this product again and again.

Not really rainbow swirly, but decent to drink.
I was really curious how this Cwench Rainbow Swirl Electrolyte Mix would be rainbow swirly. I opened the packet, poured the powder into a glass, and added water... and it made a pink liquid. No rainbow swirls. That was a little anticlimactic. That aside, this seems to be a decent electrolyte solution. It has a good fruit punch flavor. At first sip, I thought it was less salty and tart than many electrolyte drinks, but noticed that both increased as I got towards the bottom - I'd recommend using this in a water bottle and shaking it up from time to time to avoid this. But either way, it is drinkable. I did feel that the stevia flavor was more notable in this product than in many electrolyte mixes, probably because the tartness in the others helps mask the flavor, however it is not off-putting. The colors and flavors are from natural sources. The packet is sturdy and convenient for carrying around with you. It has scores at the top to open it. This results in an opening about half the width of the packet, and it was a little difficult to get the product out. Both the ones I tried had some clumps that I had to squeeze to break them up so they'd pass through the small hole. The expiration date on my package is May 2026.Each serving includes a good portion of vitamins and minerals in addition to the electrolytes. There is nothing that appears to be in large enough quantities to be an issue if you're otherwise supplementing, but I suggest double checking, especially if drinking more than one serving a day.

"He likes it..Hey Mikey...."
"He likes it..Hey Mikey...."This review is for (their headline description):"Cwench Electrolyte Mix - Rainbow Swirl 10 Count"Showing my age...I ordered a couple flavors of this brand electrolyte mix with a bit of trepidation.I order and drink *many* electrolyte drinks daily; they *must* be sugar free.My palate can be really fussy about anything sweetened with stevia, which these are.It seems to vary with brand and maybe species or where the stevia came from..I don't know. All I know is, it either works and my mouth is none the wiser or I hate it.Yay!If that's you, what I can tell you is this one works well for me.No red flag stevia detectors going off in my mouth. Here's what I did:The package suggests one stick pack of this mixed with 8 - 16 ounces of water.I took a NOT shaker bottle with a 20 ounce capacity, poured 16 ounces of cold water in it and poured one stick pack of this over the water; capped the bottle and shook it.After 30 seconds or less of shaking the bottle, this mixed well creating a light pink drink.Taste: at that water/product ratio, the intensity of flavor was at least a 5.5.Sweetness seemed that or maybe a 6 (10 strongest). The flavor: "Rainbow Swirl"They wisely did not give a specific flavor title to this, like "fruit punch" or whatever. It's not like fruit punch but it is a fruity tasting drink if that makes any sense.I like it, I'll enjoy it and it'll get used up pretty fast.Glad I ordered.I've given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use or results.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Very sweet
Note that there is a 15% coupon currently in effect. This has good ingredients and comes in 10 convenient pouches. I like that it has clean ingredients. The taste is okay. It's a little sweet for my tastes. I personally favor electrolyte mixes that have a bit of tang to them. This one is just sweet.
