Got this for 3 year old for Christmas and she is going to LOVE it!!The carrying case is cardboard, but totally reusable, just have to be a bit more gentle with it than the old tin ones. The spoons are plastic, then the rest of the set is tin.Everything feels well made, and I’d say the materials are safe for younger kids, but the saucers are small enough that they might be a choking hazard if your little has a big mouth and is a mouther.Overall I’m really happy with the quality and design and know my pretend-play-princess-loving toddler will be obsessed with it!
