Nan Yar - Who am I? Paperback – Illustrated, December 15, 2015

This book has most of the content of the author’s other books but I found a great deal of peace in looking at the many black and white pictures showing Ramana as he grew older in the company of his spiritual family.

How does one go about Realizing the Self? This little book is one starting point. These words of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi resonates timeless truths about your True Self. Trust in the Master’s words, inquire and see that you are already The Self.

A quick read, but very precise!! Simple language, but deep concept. Highly recommended for all the seekers. Glad I was able to read.

I am so glad a book has been published which combines the profound teachings of Sri Ramana with some of the best photos of him. The book is made of photo paper, and the text of Nan Yar - Who am I? is laid out next to high-quality photos and quotes. This really allowed me to absorb the teachings and be touched by what Ramana was pointing to. Also the book is small and fits into my pocket or bags I can carry it around with me. A really lovely treasure of a book. Thank you!

Finally a book which combines this amazing teaching from Sri Ramana with some of the best photographs. For me the photos are the best part, as they allow the presence of Sri Ramana to really come through. What's also nice is that they put only 1 question and answer on each page next to the photo, which again allows a deep absorption of the teaching. I really don't have a critic about the book, although it's a bit delicate, as it is a softcover book. I would have preferred a hardback, but still the book is a real treasure!

This book is really short but so powerful. I felt it had everything that I could need on the spiritual path, really from the beginning to the end. The photos and quotes from Ramana support the profound teachings and make an amazing combined effect. A great book for people with any level of spiritual interest.

Ramana Maharshi's core teachings are really beautiful and easy to understand. This edition has great photos of Ramana and his surrounding world, which accompany the text along with various quotes. The way the book is put together really brings out the spirit of Ramana and transmits the essence of his teachings. Thank you. Good job.

The most fundamental question we can ask ourselves is "Who am I?" Sat Chit, existence knows itself, and in this, there is peace and freedom. This is not an experience, not a concept, a thought, or a belief. It is a recognition of our essential being. The screen on which the life of our ego plays out is consciousness.

You will never need to read another book if you are into enlightenment or consciousness. Sri Ramana has given the world the way to peace, bliss and happiness, non-duality.

Ramanamaharshi captures the very essence of truth in so few words. The essence of Advaita.He leads you into reality in a logical manner anybody can understand.Following this simple instrunction you can easily realise the Self you are.Nan Yar and I think one other work of his is the ONLY book written and ediited by Ramanamaharshi himself. What an inspiration.
