The reason I gave this dry mouth gel 4 stars is because it is sweet as a type 2 diabetic, I always have to watch what I take, and this gel raised my glaucus not too much thank goodness. I wonder if you can get a dry mouth gel without the added sugar in it as this one is not good for me as a diabetic. I have tried it and that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars due to the sugar contents and being too sweet for me. I had to apply the gel twice throughout the night, but did get a nice sleep until 05:00am. If it wasn't for the sugar in this product, I would have given it 5, but when you're a diabetic you must be always careful what you take, and the manufacturers should also take that into account. Point this out to future customers in the future who can use it and who cannot just be on the safe side. When I tested myself my glaucus was a bit higher than usual. My advice is if you're a diabetic check with your doctor if you can use this due to your dry mouth through taking medication long term. I would recommend it as my mouth dries out because I use a CPAC machine every night to help me breathe and when you're on loads of medication like I am having a dry mouth is not good for me. It is finding a balance I can take to help combat my dry mouth without having any issues with my diabetes.

Does the job for a couple of hours but hard to see how much you are taking out the tube in a darkend room as it is clear liquid.

I wish I'd read all the 1 and 2 star reviews which said how sweet and sticky it is, which you don't want when your mouth is dry, so I'm giving this 4 stars, only so that, if, like me, you don't always scroll down to read all the bad reviews, you won't miss how unpleasantly sweet it is. It also didn't stay put for long, and I felt I'd swallowed most of it after a minute or so.

Very helpful for dry mouth issues

DO NOT USE EVER! This is a dry mouth product I bought to use after brushing my teeth to help with mouth dryness with my CPAP machine. I notice that artificial sweeteners are top ingredients so ASSUME like an idiot it is fine. IT HAS GLUCOSE IN IT! This bloody thing has sugar in it and I'm rubbing it on my teeth and gums at night!It hasn't helped prevent mouth dryness and it HAS GIVEN ME A CAVITY!I'm keeping what is left for sex as it has the consistency of sweetened KJ Jelly.Terrible product. Rots your mouth
