Hook DOES NOT rotate 360 degrees. Black vinyl endings come off easily.
1. Contrary to what description says, hook DOES NOT rotate 360 degrees. Please read low star reviews from other buyers who also confirmed that hook DOES NOT rotate.2. Black vinyl endings (which are supposed to hold two black vinyl clips from sliding out of metal frame bar) come off easily. If black vinyl clips slide out from metal bar frame, the spring will disengage and whole clip assembly will fall into pieces. When that happens, you will struggle to put black vinyl clips back on the frame.

Metal trouser hangers
Got these as an alternative to plastic trouser hangers, there well made and a fair price for a pack of 10, my trousers are all hanging up neatly now

One of these broke as I was trying to open the clip so I never even got to use it. Poorly made, but they were not expensive, will buy better quality in the future.

Just what is needed to hang skirts that have elastic in waistband
I have bought this type of skirt hanger before but they were plastic and eventually broke. These metal ones are more sturdy. These were kids size, but I am a size 12 and they are fine for my skirts.

For the price not bad, but do expect the items to come complete, some are missing the plastic ends to them and they could indeed be an inch wider.
