Practice tool for my son - safe and fun!
I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it. It’s safe, smooth-running, and surprisingly accurate for practice. He’s been able to work on his trigger discipline and loading skills, and the shell ejection feature is a huge hit—it makes it feel realistic without compromising safety. No jamming issues, and it’s perfectly safe to use indoors. Definitely recommend for kids who are learning and want something that feels real but stays safe.

Too real and dangerous
Hate to leave a negative review because the toy gun seems fine and functions. I wasn’t paying attention to when my son wanted this. The orange tip is already off and it’s about the size of the real thing. Functional like a real gun. I don’t think it’s smart to have this for a kid.

IT'S A DESERT EAGLE! But it's not semi-auto, which is sad
I got this a long with a bunch of other similar toy guns. The others were all semi-auto via clockwork mechanisms, but this one requires you to rack the slide before each shot, and that's a huge disappointment. And being semi-auto is the biggest fun factor with the other toy guns, because they all had working slide locks, last round hold open, and other realistic features. This one is far simpler: you rack the slide and then you pull the trigger to launch a little toy projectile.Setting aside how disappointing this was, this toy Desert Eagle is otherwise a fine toy on its own. It's mildly large (though not as big as a real Desert Eagle, so don't go thinking you can use this as a prop in a video or something), it it pretty unrealistically lightweight, and it does eject shells. The projectiles fly probably 15-20 feet accurately.More than anything, it's cool that it's a (fake) gold plated Desert Eagle. But it does feel pretty cheap.7/10It is pretty affordable, but for only a tiny bit more, I would recommend finding a semi-auto model.

This is so awesome. It looks great, you load the clips, and it ejects shells!
The media could not be loaded. I had no idea this toy gun would be so fun!First of all, it's modeled after a fancy gold-plated Deagle, with even the words "Magnum Research Inc" on the side. This makes it look awesome, and fun to hold. After loading the shells up with the soft rubber tips, then you get to load your clips. Once loaded, slide the clip into the handle of the toy gun. There's a clip release as well, exactly where it should be, allowing you to remove the clip. The coolest part was after shooting one of the tips, when you manually cock the toy gun, it ejects the shell!CONS:-One of the rubber tips did break off the foam body when trying to remove it from the foam tray. I guess it wasn't cut out good enough to come loose from the tray.-They do provide extra rubber tips so you'll have enough for all the shells and a few more, but I feel like one more extra tray could be useful because those rubber tips are very easy to lose.-You have to manually cock after each round. They went to such lengths to provide a fairly authentic experience, but then fell short on that. Those cons aside, I still ALMOST gave this 5 starts.I wish I would've had something like this when I was a kid.

9 year old loves Deadpool it
My 9 year old loves this because it’s a) gold and b) has a magazine which he say make it so much cooler. The bullets a super small but they have to be so all in all he’s been very happy with it.

Great purchase
Our son purchased this with his own money and he LOVES it. He can practice gun safety with this and also run around like a hooligan playing cops and robbers. It's a fun item and I'd definitely recommend.
