The speed of shipping to my location was relatively fast. The phone has a large screen and beautiful colors. The 512GB storage space is ample, providing a smooth user experience. Coupled with an affordable price, I really like this phone! Their customer service is excellent as well, patiently addressing customer inquiries, making it a great after-sales service!

I have a Ulefone 18 ultra that I'm happy with for the price. It isn't perfect but works well enough so when my wife needed a phone I saw this for even less still touting a great camera and thought I'd give it a shot. My wife doesn't do much with her phone other than watch videos make calls and send texts and most importantly take pics of the kids. The phone looks good and the screen is nice. After taking the time to set it up we took some photos, and what a disappointment that was. The pictures were all blurry or grainy. Not only where the images poor quality but they took forever to take. There was a couple second delay between pushing the photo button and the picture being taken. It was even worse if changed to the 50mp mode where it would take 3-5 seconds to take one image with no better quality. I played with the settings to try to absolve the problem to no avail. If you want to do basic stuff and photos are of no concern then this may be a good cheap phone, but if photos are at all important look elsewhere.
