I have 5 different medications that all cause dry mouth plus sinusitis, so my mouth gets so so dry at night to the extent that my tongue goes dry, very uncomfortable and even hard, I can't swallow and have to hold water in my mouth until it softens again. There is literally no moisture whatsoever in my mouth to the extent that I can lick the back of my hand and my hand will still be dry and it feels like a ruffled paper bag being rubbed on my hand. I didn't even know that these tablets existed and found them accidentally after doing a web search about dry mouth. So after I read some of the reviews and thought I'd give them a go. I decided to buy the mint ones as dry mouth can leave such a bad taste and bad breath in the morning no matter how much dental hygiene products I use before going to bed. The first time I used them I had to fiddle about as they would not stay in place at all so I had to use my finger to keep it in place for 60 seconds. I still do this every night, but once they're stuck they are stuck! I recommend swilling water round your mouth before hand or it's uncomfortable on your gums. You can feel saliva production pretty much straight away. The first night I thought I was going to be awake a while as it's a new feeling inside the mouth and was a bit paranoid of them coming loose and choking me haha, but I actually fell asleep quite quickly. I woke up as usual approximately 4.5 hours after falling asleep and my mouth was sticky but NOT dry. The tablets had fully dissolved so they definitely don't last the 8 hours stated when using the recommended nightly amount of 2 tabs. I had a sip of water and went back to sleep. I didn't want to use two more as it would work out rather expensive in the long run. When I woke up in the morning my mouth was still rather sticky but not dry and uncomfortable so I was rather pleased with the results. The second night was same as the first. The third night I did not even wake up for a drink and my mouth was not dry in the morning, still a bit sticky but a small improvement from the last 2 nights. Same with the 4th night but during the day I actually noticed an improvement in the saliva production as my dry mouth would normally last until well into the afternoon. Last night was night 5 and there was more improvement, I woke up with a sticky mouth but not as bad as the rest of the week and today my mouth has felt so much better, I've not had to sip water, constantly through the day, just now and again. I've also noticed that I can swallow food more easily now as that was another problem I had. I like the flavour of the mint as it's not weak but not too strong either. I'd say slightly stronger than a polo mint but not as extreme as the xtra strong mints either, but because I use them straight after brushing my teeth I don't find the taste much of a problem. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers a dry mouth.

I wish I had found these much sooner, they are incredible, and do exactly what they claim. Medication makes my mouth very dry, and I was unable to sleep through the night until I bought these. No more teeth stuck to my lips or tongue glued fast to the roof of my mouth. I have repeated my order twice and now make sure I have them by my bed, in handbags, and coat pockets. I just couldn't imagine life without them now

I pop one of these into my mouth if i wake in the night with a dry mouth. Its easy to stick it onto your gum.I find it lasts about 3/4 hours and adds a bit of moisture, gradually disolving completely when i get up.

I ordered the mint free version but the mint version turned up. I can’t be bothered to return them for replacement.Just stick one or two in each corner of the back upper jaw.Be careful because once they are stuck they are stuck. Try and rip them off and the skin will come off. (I’ve done that hence I can write about it)The items are made from xylitol and have the effect of making your saliva glands working whilst you are sleeping. If you suffer from sleep apnoea and have to use a cpap machine then these are a must.A big warning in this item and this relates the main ingredient 8n them xylitol. Xylitol is extremely poisonous to cats, dogs and little critters because they can’t process the alcohol sugar. Humans can tolerate it. Basically in pets it causes organ failure. Note that although it is safe for humans check if your medical condition isn’t affected by alcohol sugars because it might not be for you. Xylitol is made from extracting sugar from the pine tree as an alcohol. Technically this product passes through the body without being absorbed.I don’t like the mint version because They are a bit overpowering.

I'm not sure if these do exactly what they're supposed to. They are supposed to stimulate saliva, and I haven't really noticed that. I'm still giving five stars, however, as they are the best thing I have found for dry mouth over a long period. I have special mouth wash, but still get such disgusting tastes in my mouth, even when I've eaten nothing that should produce such a taste, and my tongue will still stick to my teeth like Velcro.Mints and gum provide that nice clean mint taste but it always disappears after two minutes, and gum even seems to make the dryness worse.These discs, however, provide a clean, minty taste that lasts for hours.There is one issue, which is that, once you've removed them, they can spoil the taste of any food you subsequently consume.

Keeps your mouth hydrated overnight so you don’t wake up as often needing a drink. Taste is pleasant and they stay put on your gum without causing a nuisance. I love them.

Slow to deliver but when they do they are magic when on as many pills as I am.I have incurable spinal stenosis and goodness I beg my doctor to change them but he insists that although they wont cure me they help the pain and communicate with with people.The alternative is morphine and out like a light I too have spinail ste nosiis and I am sorry to say there is no cure or no pain relief.i have beeen bedridden for 3years
