Fragile, broken frames not up the the sturdy Peepers standards.

I haven’t used this new pair yet as I opted for a slightly stronger degree of magnification in them and hesitate to accustom my eyes to that before the lower degree stops working completely. I have been wearing Peepers for five or six years, and I love them, as they are reasonably priced and come in a wide range of styles and colors. I always have three or four pairs around. my one complaint is that the lens does scratch fairly easily, but that may be true of all non-glass lenses. Also, I have to admit that I don’t always take the best care of them. I think they last better if I keep them in their cases whenever I’m not wearing them.Peepers has very good customer service. When one of the arms of an another pair fell off and the screw went missing I contacted them and they sent me a repair kit for free. The kit included several screws and a tiny screwdriver along with cleaning liquid and a cleaning cloth.

Although I like the vision quality, this is the 3rd pair - 3 - that broke on me in the same exact spot. My current pair is only less than 2 months old. TOO FRAGILE to keep breaking in the same spot. I will no longer order. I missed the return window too by 3 weeks.

I like the glasses a lot. I do agree with other posters that the tip on the end sticks to my hair when taking on & off. My bigger concern is one of the arms is loose & wiggles. I have barely worn these. I’ve tried to tighten but it’s a Phillipshead & very very tiny. Can’t find a small enough screwdriver. Anyone else have this issue?

I bought these readers and I thought they were great. I didn’t wear them much and the frame broke around the lens. I contacted the CS dept. they had me send a picture. They sent me a new but different pair that I got to choose. I had them in no time. I love the new frames and so far they have been great!
