These stick very well to my Makita orbital sander
These stick like glue to my Makita sander, making them great to use.I use these for polishing small epoxy crosses.I chose them for the high grit, and the fact that they don't have holes in them as I wet them when I polish the pieces.Going up through the grits makes for a top notch shine on the epoxy before I apply the polishing compound.

It works
Had the discs for a week and used on two completely different projects. One on bare wood and another on plastic with water. Both turned out better than I expected and the discs last longer than expected so much so I ordered more.

The best fountain pen nib tuning paper yet
I've used mylar, wet stones, many types of grit over the years but these are my favorite. Remember go slow, easy does it - only do a tiny bit then stop and check it, use 10k then smooth with 14k. Even smoothing doesn't take long at all, so very little at a time then check your work. Wash the nib well after and be aware of getting grit or abrasive fallout where you were working so it doesn't damage phones, other pens. Learn on cheap nibs then be very aware gold and palladium are MUCH softer. Every nib tip has an iridium coasting - you don't want to to take that off, find a nib expert who will teach or instruct you if needed. SREBrown on YouTube is a good starting video.

Water grinding abrasive hook & loop
The cloth backing is pretty tough. It needs liquid or the grit grinds off fast on metal, I used metal polishing compound. Pad is just barely big enough, you need to center VERY carefully or you will have exposed backing. The package is hand marked for grit, once you take out of package there is nothing to identify difference of the 4 grits included.
