I recently built a few machines for my shop, and one of them, a large drill press and pin router station, needed to go into a corner of my shop that didn't have any existing power outlets, and most of the outlets in my shop were only 15 amps and I needed to have a 20 amp plug for each machine, so I ordered this one from Vine.It is a very well-built plastic box that is essentially ready to go once you connect your power line to it. I ran the wires down from the ceiling with a bit of conduit and affixed the box to the spot on wall where I needed it, and hooked it all up. Everything worked great and I have been using it for months now without any issues at all. Great item for a shop project, or certainly any project for outside where the waterproof features would be in play. But for in my shop, here in the desert where dust gets in everywhere and you have sawdust etc, it has been really nice not worrying about whether or not things have to be constantly cleaned to avoid issues.

This unit is well built and a steal at this price. Easy enough to install if you have the proper knowledge, most will want to hire an electrician to make sure it’s done properly. I got the one with the 240V socket and it’s just the thing I need to run a few heavy duty tools out in the shop.

Not sure what the fuss is about this panel. It is definitely a cheaply made sub panel. The outlet covers are super flimsy, breakers are of questionable quality, but most importantly, the wiring is UNDERSIZED.Ground wires are 1.5mm2 and the conductors for the 110V are 2.5mm2. I could not find markings on the conductors for the 220V, but it is NOT 10ga or equivalent. Seeing that the 110v breakers are 20amp and the 220v breaker is 32amp (????), these wires are all undersized.I personally do not trust this thing at its "rated" capacity.

This electrical outlet box is great value box. It is all made out of plastic, but the plastic is good quality thick and durable plastic. It is designed very well and it has everything needed included and prewired so all you need to do is just wire it to your power source. The outlets have protective covers and the breaker panel also has clear plastic cover that is secured with screws to keep it closed. I have not had any issues with it so far and will be recommending it.
