Avoid, poor battery life and battery expensive to replace
Item works well however Aqara claim a ten year battery life. Bought in January and it is now end of March and the battery has gone from 100% to 35%. Called Aqara and was told to change battery!At £8-9 a battery I am not impressed.I Called Amazon and they were great, saying I could return the item for a refund.

Good chose
Another good product from Aqarq , I give only 4 stars because is only smoke detecting if that will be combined which carbon monoxide will be perfect. Maybe new version will have both.

🚨 Unreliable – Test Before Trusting! 🚨
I can’t depend on this product to keep my home safe. I tested it several times, but it failed to detect smoke even when it was very close. Meanwhile, my non-smart smoke detector detected the test every time. This product did not perform as expected.I strongly recommend that anyone who purchased this device test it thoroughly, as it seems to be unreliable. Safety is too important to take chances with.

Out of the box didn't work had to return, completely dead not sure if battery or not.
