These insets are what helped me get over some serious foot pain. They really make a difference and are easy to use. They fit into all my sneakers as well as my pumps for work.

I have extremely difficult feet. I cannot buy a shoe without trying on and then wearing them at home inside the house for a while before seeing if they are going to work. My husband has a pair of these and swears by them (he's on his feet for over 12 hrs a day). I have been getting extreme heel pain (plantar fasciitis) to the point its extremely painful to walk at the end of the day. I was beyond excited to get a pair of these (I have tried other shoe inserts and haven't had any luck). These are by far the best pair of inserts that I have tried. I still have some heel pain at the end of the day, but I can still walk normal. These don't slide around inside my shoe. You can feel the arch being supported.

I have been using these "footbeds" for over 30 years. That alone should tell you something. They are effective, durable, and adaptable, working on the shoe's insole or the shoe with the insole removed.

These work better than the orthotics I got from my podiatrist! No more foot pain for me! I can switch them out in any of my shoes. I just ordered another pair. Definitely worth it. Best purchase I have made!
