This proofing bowl is very cute and the perfect size for bread dough. I made a loaf the day I got it delivered and my family ate it all before I got ready to photograph and review tonight.It is made of a flexible material, but thick enough to be sturdy.Clean up is easy as long as you do it right after making the bread. Letting it sit allows the bits of dough left in the bowl to get a grasp on the rope like pattern. Not difficult to clean, but it's easier to do it more quickly and not have that happen.Because of its attractive design pattern and color, I also use it as a fruit bowl on my counter when I am not making bread.I recommend this bread proofing bowl!
