dealt has a good reputation for tools, however this one feels "delicate" in my hand. As if it will break if used hard. Time will tell. This is a backup, mostly for working on small appliances. It will get a "Toughness Test" on my next project ! If it breaks or fails, I will update my review accordingly. I do not ABUSE my tools, but hard use, like on tough or rusted fasteners happens. If this holds up, I will report that.

I purchased this as an extension to my slowly growing tool kit. I like this because I can use it with my other DeWalt bit set (pictured). It has a rubberized handle for a non-slip grip. The neck extends to give this a longer reach as required, and you can lock it into any of 3 extended positions. The best thing about this is the ratcheting action which makes this a perfect one-handed screwdriver. You can use the ratcheting action to loosen or tighten, and it also allows you to lock it so it functions as a standard screwdriver. Overall, this functions as the perfect tool to use on small jobs around the house or in the workshop. I would recommend this as a practical tool for any do-it-yourselfer and DeWalt tool enthusiast.

This ratcheting screwdriver works great. And also has an extendable shaft which is very useful and comes with most attachments you would need except for Torx.

I've used this screwdriver for quite a while now and it functions okay. Haven't had anything break.

Really like this screwdriver, ratcheting as well as telescoping that uses all 1/4in drive bits.

Used it to install numerous hooks in two closets—greatly reduces installation time, and is much easier on hand/wrist/shoulder than using a standard screwdriver. Great grip—perfect for anyone with arthritis.

Works well, good positive motion. Grippy handle. I'm glad I bought it!
