The media could not be loaded.  Great product until it started randomly turning on and off all by itself (see video). Am waiting to hear what will be done - if it will be replaced. I worry that there is an electrical issue that could potentially be a fire hazard.Update: This company has done an amazing job in customer service - full refund issued for faulty product 😊

Beautiful piece, however when you order a vanity mirror, you kind of want all light bulbs to work. The two on the top corners do not work. I checked the reviews and realized the lightbulbs are non replaceable, there’s nothing I can do about that

It seemed a little daunting spending over $100 on a mirror. But it was worth it! First, it is thoroughly packed, so it is quite safe in transit. The only assembly required is screwing the bottom onto the poles - this for me was difficult because the screws were so tight and so it took a lot of effort to get them in all the way. But that is actually a good thing - this mirror is quite sturdy, and seems very well built (it's hefty). Thankfully all the lights work, so this mirror ought to last a good long time according to the life of the bulbs in the description. I love that it has 3 different types of lighting, and each can be dimmed, so you can find the setting works best for you. Dimming takes some getting used to, as you have to hold the button for a while before anything starts happening, and when it does you have to get used to the timing of the cycle to get it where you want....but then it remembers the brightness setting for you which is really handy. I use this mirror for tweasing and makeup, and it has made a world of difference! Also it looks very nice as well with it's slick design - I am very happy with it!

I absolutely Love this Mirror!!! It arrived right on time and was packaged very well no damage at all. It was super easy to put the base stand on and then simply plug in. It works perfect!!! 3 shades of light that are dimmable. It has a memory bank to remember your preferred light setting. If your not sure if you want to purchase this do yourself a favor and get it. You will not be disappointed. I saw some people from about a year ago say the lights were not replaceable when in fact they are and amazon does sell the replacement bulbs. Five Stars!!!!!

update: I have had it less than a week & already has a weird glitch where the lights only changed to 2 modes instead of 3. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and than it started working properly but I hope this isn't a regular issue.I love this mirror so much, it is so cute and the lighting is SO bright. I can't wait to finish setting up my vanity and use it for my make-up!

This mirror is too small for the lighted feature-I can not see my hair to style it in this mirror and the lights blind me because they are so close together from my eyes. It needs to be twice the size. We are searching for a large lighted mirror, this one will not work for us. This mirror is JUNK!! Total waste of money! First it’s too small then it started dimming or turning off while in use, now light does not even come in! 😡

My daughter absolutely loves her Christmas gift but the stand it sits on, the bottom has a soft felt. Well, one of her corners, the felt is missing which makes the mirror unstable. Other then that, I’d give it a 5 star. For the price and it is a small mirror, there should be no issue with something so easy like the felt on the stand.

The mirror arrived and one of the first things I noticed was a white scuff towards the bottom of the mirror that would not rub off. I continued to unwrap it and and noticed a pretty deep scratch. Seeing this damage made me concerned that the vendor might be selling used products and passing them off as new. Either that or their QC inspection is really shoddy. Outside of that the mirror works well but it’s weird that a new mirror would be damaged. I know that it wasn’t due to shipping because it was packaged securely.
