Very, very good product for elderly cats
I had been ordering this for a few years for my elderly cat who just passed so thought to leave a good review as encouragement for others who might be in a similar situation. This product served me very well as a supplemental nutrition source and I was even able to convince my spoiled ol' boy to take his HBP medicine mixed into this broth (note: medicine formulated as an oral suspension, not tablets). I know for sure the "syringe/wrestle with the cat" method wouldn't have worked for us so that was a real blessing to bypass. Product ingredients are a nice mix of what seems to be a "simple as it gets" philosophy along with a few thoughtful additions.I can certainly understand someone's apprehension given the price point but I'd feel remiss if I didn't stress the benefits it seemed to have in my cat's experiences with it. He seemed to have a really good improvement to his age-related conditions and much improved mobility and coat condition for his age. I had quite a few family and friends come to visit these past few years who were 1.) surprised to see that ol' Leo was still soldiering on at all and 2.) even more surprised by how well he was holding up. Also, progress reports from the vet via his monthly visits entered a nice "holding steady" period with what seemed to be less frequent negative developments.Only real downside I can think of is that the 12 oz packaging might cause some freshness concerns depending on your usage rate. I never experencied any issues with that as I could go through a pouch in about 3-4 days but something to consider. Whole-heartedly recommended product.

Works for my cats!
I couldn’t find my usual bone broth safe for cats so I came across this one. It was really important that it was just quality bone broth & no other fillers.Be careful when opening b/c I spilled not realizing it was sensitive to tipping. It also says to refrigerate upon opening & consume within 7 days. I happen to have 5 cats so it’s not a problem for me. But if you have one cat, just be aware of the volume (it’s 12 oz) or 72 tsp worth to use up in 7 days. You want to use it when the ingredients are most effective.I fed the recommended 2 tsp per cat mixed in with their food at dinner time. The cats ate it without a problem. It worked great! The cats slept through the night, and were feeling much more active the next day.Note: Once you add the bone broth to the wet food, add Purina Pro Cat Probiotic sprinkled in with the food and it makes a nice gravy for them that is extra tasty (& healthy.)

Good food experience
My cat and dog loved this but it wasn’t amazing and just had them running to eat especially my dog since she’s small and really doesn’t care. It didn’t give either of them diarrhea or nausea and if they just had hard food it was great with making their hard food a little soft . The appearance is very much like broth and the packing is great and fit great in the fridge. I didn’t really notice a difference in coat or their health within a month so I didn’t buy again but I would just for the sake of enhancing their food experience.

Helps with nutrition & arthritis in my 18 year old cat
I am placing my fourth order for two more packs of Primalvore & I DO recommend it!I use Primalvore to stir into canned Royal Canin Mother and Baby Cat 3 0z. cat food with one pack of FortiFlora added (Purina Pro plan Veterinary supplement) to syringe feed my 18 year old cat, LePetit, who eats on his own but is so thin, I give him extra nutrition which he tolerates well (wrapped in a towel like an infant) and is very happy with a full belly. The Primalvore chicken and beef flavors taste the same (yes I tasted them and they taste like water to me - don't worry they are human grade). My cats do not just drink the broth so I do not set out bowls of it. I only use Primalvore to liquify canned food for syringe feeding which I took a photo of the set up: I use 10 ml syringes (no needle of course - 60 ml of food per feeding twice a day which is about 2/3 of one 3 oz. can of food), and mix enough Primalvore and Fortilora to make a thick soup mixture that fits into the syringes. I also syringe him with 10 to 30 ml of water and he does drink plenty of water on his own every day. LePetit is happy, active and loving but has always been thin. He is under regular vet care for a thyroid issue and my vet approved what I am doing.I give LePetit whatever kind of food he likes but he does not eat enough to gain weight. Recently he stopped eating on his own (I was not syringe feeding him up to that point) and I took him to the vet who found he had a urinary tract infection and gave him antibiotics. He felt better in a day but the 10 day course of antibiotics gave him diarrhea so that's when I started giving him syringe feedings. It's just like people on antibiotics: you usually have to eat yogurt to put the correct flora and fauna back into your system. Well it's the same with cats. Also, as a person over 60, I personally consume a couple of ounces organic beef bone broth daily(Sam's Club is good & cheap) and I find it helps a lot with arthritis stiffness and inflammation. The problem with the Sam's Club bone broth (beef BONE broth is the only one that helps) is it contains garlic and salt, etc. - stuff that cats do not like much, so I prefer Primalvore since it is of such high quality and although LePetit has no preference for chicken or beef, I prefer to give him the beef since I, as a human, have had such good success with my beef bone broth. Now I have to say there is no miracle cure for aging or ill cats. I discovered Primalvore a few months ago when my 16 year old cat, Shoopie, started losing weight. Like LePetit, Shoopie had a long medical history or glaucoma, diabetes, urinary blockage, etc. and I've talked to many vets and sometimes a cat’s time just comes. The first two vets told me Shoopie had kidney failure but the third found a condition called megacolon (found in an x-ray) where his colon got stretched out and could not absorb enough nutrition. I syringe fed Shoopie too to no avail. We did everything we could and we are all at peace over it now.HERE’S THE TAKEAWAY: I have NEVER regretted going to a veterinarian! It costs a lot, and even I wondered if it was LePetit’s time and was SO HAPPY to find out all he had was a urinary tract infection which was easily cured. Had I done nothing but expect death, that’s what would have happened. LePetit is so thin, it would not take much for him to have slipped away. That is why I’m trying to add weight to him and I am VERY HAPPY to say Primalvore has been a big part of the effort and I highly recommend it and would use no other pet bone broth. THANK YOU PRIMALVORE!!

Do not buy this product, my 10 cats no one want it, all walked away! Plus Amazon won’t refund
I thought my cats would love it, but the reality is my 10 cats ALL walked away from the plate! No ine touch it. So I called Amazon try to get refund, the 1st time supervisor said “ I can send to you a link and you can resell in Amazon” 👀 what?! I’ve never heard about it.I Hang up the phone call immediately cause that supervisor doesn’t know how Amazon system works. 2nd time called, the supervisor said “ you have to take photos send us back, we will refund you” I did, so it’s the 3rd call, the 3rd supervisor said “ I saw the photos, the products are not damaged, we can not refund!” I was super mad, I read the product instruction last paragraph “ for any reason if you and your pet unsatisfied, in 30 days we can give you full refund” finally she read it under my guide! She said “ you want the refund to your original card or gift card?” Thank you! Finally!
