Fits easily over the pull-up bar. I just leave it in place and work around it. When I do a lot of pull-ups my grip diminishes over the workout and I usually do less ab work as a result. With the straps, I can more pull-ups because I'm not wasting the gripping power on ab work and I can do much more ab work, which means more opportunity for variety and therefore results.The straps smelled a bit foul for more than a week (weird plastic smell), but my bar is in the garage so no issues. Eventually, the smell disappears. The straps are very comfortable and very sturdy.

I am 190lbs. and have been using these Ab-Strap slings for over a week; So far they have proved to be a well constructed, durable product. My only gripe is that on my particular pull-up bar that I’ve attached them to, the all-metal bar allows for the straps to slide ever-so-slightly as I’m engaging with the straps, so maybe some type of textured anti-slip material could be added to contact side of the straps to prevent any slippage on metal bars. In the meantime I’ve wrapped some sports wrap tape around the metal bar which prevents the straps from sliding around. But all-in-all, these straps are great a great value for the money and I would highly recommend these.

Very comfortable and used to worked great!! Did notice the velcro was slipping of every time I did the workout and ended up hanging lower on that strap side! After looking at it carefully I noticed that one of the strap didn’t had the stitching on at all(see picture)!! Therefore the velcro couldn’t hold the weight! Eloise at customer service was excellent!! They took care of my issue and sent me a new one!! Great service!! Would definitely buy from them again!

I have owned Ab Straps in the past and found that with repeated use they were uncomfortable and quickly started to wear and break. I purchased these ones as they look nicely padded and well made and can report that they have not disappointed. They are the most comfortable ab straps i have used to date and appear to be well made and durable. I use them each time to workout at the gym and have had no issues with them at all. Great purchase.

I bought these in august and have used them 3-4 times a week and the straps are torn. The padding for the arm is good, but the straps have torn twice now. It’s a decent product for the price, but I wish the straps and stitching were better quality

It is a good one, Abs exercise is much easier now and much effective.The Pads are soft and I did not need the longer adjustment as I use it above the doorI will encourage anyone interested to improve abs to use this. I will review again in a month/two if the wear and tear is more

150KG to LBS is about 330LBS advertised supported weight. I’m 260 LBS and it snapped within seconds of doing hanging knee raises. It is my honest opinion that these straps can not hold anyone over 200LBS. Returning them tomorrow. I knew the $24.99 was too good to be true

Have used a few different style of these But this pair was the best by far. Sturdy, comfortable to use and easy to use as well.
