The cap part is too small for a male adult; I literally cannot even force it down onto my head. The description should be updated to include the sizing or simply state it's for children only. Waste of time and so returned for refund.

A nicely made hat with soft materials that should be comfortable during long trail runs. I didn't realise it only comes in one size and is not adjustable. Luckily it fits me perfectly.As others have mentioned, the poppers on my hat are installed the wrong way around making it impossible to roll up the neck flap, but that doesn't bother me too much.Overall, reasonable for the price.

It will do the job I expect (still waiting for some sunshine to try it out properly. However the reviews that mention the poppers being the wrong way round are correct. I was sure this was down to user error until I received it and found it impossible to roll the neck protector up and secure it…

It seems a lot of these hats are being sold with the neck protector stitched on backwards or the snap fasteners are being stamped in backwards. The first hat I received came in the bag unravelled and there was no sensible way for me to roll the protector back up as the fasteners were on backwards. This was also confirmed by the product image showing the fasteners attached the other way around. I emailed regatta directly about the issue and all they really said was to open a return through Amazon. I did and received a replacement with the same issue and regatta again did not really care... so I returned the second for a refund.The hat would have been fine and looked quite nice, I was a little concerned about the thinness of the fabric vs the strong fasteners thinking over time this could tear, but I have enough time to find out.I did considering putting in new fasteners but it being a new hat I preferred getting my money back. Can't recommend in the case you receive a hat with the same defect; disappointing quality from regatta.

Purchased for my husband who works outdoors at a marina , protection needed and this is perfect for cover protection and fit

Hat itself is fine. Huge defect with the neck protection when need to fasten up, the press-studs are sewn on back to front. This stops the neck cover being able to roll up. Unfortunately hat was already worn before this was spotted so haven't returned for refund. Don't waste your money. Extremely poor quality from a big name like Regatta.

buttons are on wrong direction for folding up, which makes the cap clumsy and unfit to ware the cap. waste of money
