Definitely waterproof.
Just a huge sleeve/pocket but its Inside 100% dry after months of use in rain.Smaller than I first thought but big enough, don’t regret it.Will definitely get a (small) change of clothes dry from home to work on a motorcycle, even if you’re riding through an ocean.External net ages well but it’s definitely the little chink in a good armor

My go-to bag for kayaking
Great daybag for kayaking. Seals really well and then a strap ties it down. I like the 2 side beverage holders. Great back ventilation for a dry bag vinyl on your back.
