at first ,it had side affect by giving me heart burn. now it is fantastic

I've used a couple of these pills now with my pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Serious gym rats will know that the chemical alternative to these pills, that come in the same shape and in a slightly lighter shade of blue, are put to good use in the gym and will know what I mean. For those that don't, this sort of pill is used to great effect for a skin-splitting pump when lifting.These are small blue pills, obviously aping the legendary 'little blue pill', and are dead easy to swallow. There's one strip of 10 of them in the box, each in its own blister wrap.Typical side effects for me using these capsules involves a slightly stuffy head and a blocked nose, which tends to appear about an hour after consumption and lasts about an hour thereafter. These effects are not as bad as the V pills.They work best for me in conjunction with a good pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before lifting.As for bedroom use, I find that for a window of about eight to ten hours after consumption, I stand to attention at the slightest provocation, sometimes no encouragement needed, so I'm pretty sure they'll provide some impressive stamina in that department, should my plumbing start letting me down. If needed specifically for the bedroom, I find that they’re best taken around an hour beforehand, empty stomach and plenty of water.What I will add though as that although they work, they don’t act any quicker than any of the others I’ve tried. I wouldn’t let that put me off, though.They actually work as intended, and they do so very well. I recommend these pills without hesitation.

These did work, like most of the supplements they are bit hit and miss, these did seem to improve "performance", no side effect, not bad price and look like the well known brand so wonder how much is just in my head however cheaper than the brand product and made with natural products.

No side effects for me. When one gets to a certain age, some help is sometimes required. This does the job well.
