had one before, broke after 15 years( you can probably repair it but it still 15 years old, so I didn't want to bother, so I bought another one).. so yeah it's greeeeat!

Perfect but pricey
I bought a used Roland TD-6V locally that was in excellent shape. Everything worked perfectly except for the hi hat controller. The rubber piece hardened up and couldn’t make contact with the sensor. I looked at and considered a few “fixes” but ultimately decided to go new. Seems like all the Roland stuff is expensive but hopefully it lasts a long time.
