Love this product. The are some reviews that state it makes you feel weird. It can make you feel weird at the very beginning, but that is not a brand issue... this means you are deficient and you need it. As your body replenishes itself you will no longer feel that feeling. If you feel weird at first please keep taking it, you can take it right before bed! this brand is by far the most effective that I've tried!
