A friend of mine had one and so I thought I'd order one for myself since he was very pleased with his. I ordered two since they were on sale at half-price. Once I received it initially, I was sent a plain, non-retractable headset and the retractable one. I contacted Amazon/seller and they immediately sent me a replacement for the incorrect headset as well as an additional retractable one. I decided against returning the incorrect headset as I'm going to give it away as a gift (I'll be charged for it anyway if I don't return it, so it all works out).As for the retractable headset, it moves around my neck. My friend doesn't have this problem because his neck is nearly twice the size of mine....something to consider if you have a smaller build/neck. Otherwise, I am very happy with the headset. The speaker volume is adjustable, which is a good thing because it can be too loud if listening to music while wearing it. It only took seconds to pair to my phone. Also, I keep forgetting that it can be folded when placing it in my purse. Overall, I have no complaints with this purchase and if needed, I would purchase this product again.

What an NEW CONCEPT! This bluetooth neckband is awesome! It's very great design and very good combination of headphones and audio. I enjoy the ability to be \"earbud free\" when I want to be, if I want to put the earbud off, then switch to speaker mode, ear free but music can't stop. Also the speaker is a amazing, the surround sound on my neck is pretty stereo, just like a simple surround system, what a new 2 in 1 bluetooth speaker and bluetooth headphone design! It's light and earbuds retractable, foldable so I can put it in my backpack when outdoor running or gym. Great battery life, almost can use full day for single charge. The sound quality is match well for its price, I'd definitely love it and recommend it as a gift!

Using this with a smartwatch is a dream. I can take calls using the headset and with speaker mode enabled, I don't even need to put an earbud in my ear. Microphone seems to work well - I asked the other party if they could hear me alright, and they said they could hear me just fine. The microphone does seem to pick up a bit more background noise then I would like (A little hard for the other party to hear me when driving in my loud car for example or when in a crowded place with a lot of people) but it isn't too bad and is better than me having to hold the watch up closer to my face. Earbuds sound great for music, too. Battery life is exceptional - 400mAh is huge for a headset. Folds up into my bag or pocket, too. It's also great to go jogging with - When I get irritated from having the earbuds in, I just turn on the speaker and listen to music that way. And since the speakers are right below your ears, the music really does not have to be turned up loud.No cons so far - But will update if anything goes wrong.UPDATE:So, recently the one earbud stopped retracting in. The earbud speaker itself still works, but the only way to get it to retract back in is to disassemble the headset. I reached out to the seller, though, and they gave me a pretty nice discount for a new pair. I can always still use the old pair, but the point of me writing this to advise everyone who buys this to be easy on the earbuds when retracting them. I think I was maybe too rough (pulled too far out or too hard, perhaps?) on them and broke the mechanism inside the neckband that retracts the cable back in. The seller is easy to work with and got back to me quickly.

They dont do to bad of a job. Except the left earbud is having a hard time retracting back to place, also the neck band itself is a little bulky. When I first got them they were pretty loud now they arent all that loud. (I never listen on max volume. Also says they are noise canceling but I can clearly hear things when I have them on.I do love that they can go from earbud to speaker with a click of a button.

Notice them. The biggest highlight is the 2 in 1 design, I like the speaker very much cause it can keep music around ear when don't want to wear earbud, which means when you want to listen to other sounds to put off the earbuds. I will switch to speaker mode then can keep listen both music and other sounds around, its amazing! Also, it has microphone and vibrator for phone call. I have used on daily work, running and travel. It can keep play about 12 hours for one charge, It's enough for my use, I highly recommend.

I received the headphone really quick, after I order it for two days, it dropped in my front gate, REALLY SURPRISED WITH IT!!!!! These headphones are a huge bargain. The sound quality is extremely better than any other headphones that I've bought in this price range, and it connects to Bluetooth very quickly.

Fantastic. Especially for the price. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it does not have much base. I use it when I’m driving on the forklift. Sound is loud. Probably not okay through OESHA

Nice to have one! I would say that this product is manufactured well. When wearing the headphones during exercise, the headphones feel secure and fit right. I do not worry about themfalling out when I'm running or lifting. It allows to focus entirely on my workout. The speaker mode works nice, volume not too lound or low, just the right level. Great product, definitely recommend this.
