Works perfect.
In aviation, you aren't allowed to have anything in the office that is more than a day old without having the "Reference Only" line on the paperwork. So, when I got it, we went stamp crazy. The cartridge is already in the stamp, so your hands will get covered as you try to see how to fill up the cartridge. Other than that, it does exactly what it is suppose to do. No running on the ink, very bold letters.
