Great kitchen tool. Get one!

So... I didn't even really miss not having a zester or grater.Or so I thought. I have been following Tracey of the Busy Hedonist for some time now. I love her blogs and recipes and even purchased her dinner plan for awhile. When I saw she had this kitchen product, I wanted to give it a try. It's not only stylish, but very functional. I use it to zest fresh lemon peel into my salad dressing and to grate cheese. It is a wonderful item and I love that it is long and slender ( makes me not worry about bloodying my fingers ). A very simple, stylish, affordable, functional kitchen tool that makes me feel like a chef!

I swear this is the very very very very best Zester I have ever used. You can get more zest than you need very quickly. It also works great on hard cheeses. I Love this so much, I take it with me if I have to cook at a friend's or family's house.

I've been making sugar-free desserts and the grater/zester has been a big help when adding fresh ingredients. I grated cinnamon and nutmeg for a coffee cake and I zested lemons for a pie filling. The zest came out much better than it did with the small zester I'd been using.I also grate cheese when my grandchildren come over. I love how it grates a lot of cheese at once, which saves time. This is such a handy tool and I'm so glad I purchased it.It's a great addition to my kitchen . I was so pleased with it that I bought one as a gift.

Love the zester! I bought it for home use and it is great for limes and lemons to nutmeg and other spices.

I use this weekly to grate fresh Parmesan cheese and have also used it as a zester when I make limoncello, works great, easy to clean would absolutely recommend.
