The Pool Room Luxury Giant Inflatable Pink Handcuff Pool Floats

I ordered the handcuff float in February. It arrived in a timely manner, though the packaging wasn't the best and looked worn. I waited until this past weekend (my Mother's Day camping trip weekend) to open and inflate my float, my mistake. It looks like described which is nice but one side of the handcuffs would NOT stay inflated... in the picture you can see my son holding the float right after inflating it and you can already see the one in his right hand is deflating. The cupholder was not sealed properly and rapidly released the air, half the cuff links as well would not stay inflated (not that big of a deal though). I am so disappointed that I was not able to use the float as wanted, it ruined my weekend experience of having a novelty, attention grabbing float at Ginnie Springs in FL. I was able to cut the defective float off, however, and just use the one side that stayed inflated. If the float wouldn't have been defective this would have been a 5 star review because the concept is great.

but didnt fit inside the trousers and also can i get a refund without returning the item
