Although I really wanted to like it, I'll have to say that it didn't ...
finally got the chance to try out the Mac-shapes Pre-printed parchment paper tonight. Although I really wanted to like it, I'll have to say that it didn't meet my expectations. My macarons ended up running into each other while baking. At first I thought my batter was too runny, but then I tried another brand of parchment paper and they came out perfect. I feel that the spacing in between circles were a little bit too close. I'm sorry, but I will not be purchasing MacShapes again. Quality just wasn't there. The parchment paper also ended up crumpling underneath the macarons during the baking process. Don't waste your money and go with a diiferent brand.

Great product. If you're going to all the work to make macarons, this paper is really helpful in shaping and sizing them to look and cook the same.

Fine as far as it goes
Product is as advertised. Fine as far as it goes. Think somewhat larger circles would yield a macaron.sized more like the ones I've enjoyed from Payard's.

Works Great
This paper makes macaron piping so easy! I previously tried the Mastrad silcone sheet with the ridges and had horrible experience with the cookies sticking. Parchment works much better and this product is a lot easier than taping printed templates together and sliding them out from under the cookies after piping.

Almost perfect
Love these parchment sheets for my macaron making. I do wish, though, that the printed circles could be ordered in a larger size. I believe these are 1.5" circles, which seems to be standard in terms of what is available to buy (e.g., silicone mats with guides), but I do prefer a slightly larger macaron.
