What does graduated compression circulator do......? It improves venous and lymphatic blood flow. It is designed to deliver a controlled amount of pressure which is greatest at the distal end (ankle) of the garment and gradually decreases towards the proximal (top) end of the garment. This gradient pressure promotes better venous blood flow which in turn will control swelling, varicosities, leg fatigue, and other problematic leg conditions. Who should use gradient compression circulator? Everyone, who.... * spends long hours standing or sitting at their job * has parents who suffered from leg or venous problems * is overweight * is confined to bed or a wheelchair * is pregnant or may become pregnant * has tired, swollen, aching feet, legs and ankles * has mild to severe varicose veins * has chronic venous insufficiency * has prone to venous stasis ulcerations

Thumbs up
I have been using this on my legs and feet for a couple of weeks. It felt good with the pressure as I have very achey swollen feet and legs. After a few days I felt my legs feel slimmer and the ache in my legs is a little more bearable now. The fluid retention improved. This appears to be great for people who struggle to exercise or have jobs where they are sitting for hours on end. I would definitely recommend this even though it is more expensive than others on Amazon. The communication from Apluscare has also been very helpful.

I am disappointed the shoulder garment have only one size (XL Large)
I am disappointed the shoulder garment have only one size (XL Large). As a skinny person like me, this become of no use to me. I called the customer service helpline on the day I receive the product and explain the situation but the adviser only solution is for me to turn the pressure gauge to maximum which is in contrary to the advice in the manual (as per blood pressure figures). I thought that cannot be right and I am disappointed so I will return the product as it cannot effectively help ease my condition. Arm garment size (limited size options) have let the product down!

More than Worth the Price!!!
Yes, these are as good as advertised! Exceptionally well made, minimal assembly and superbly simple operation. Generous cut and smooth seams prevents any abrasions, bruising or unwanted squeeze. I started by using mine one hour a day each day to supplement my bi-weekly Manual Lymphatic Drainage with a physiotherapist. I have lymphedema and peripheral neuropathy, which is aggravated by the excess lymphatic fluid in my feet up to my knees. After three weeks I have been able to manage my lymphedema and now reduced the frequency to every other day. It is important to remember that your lymphatic system runs just below to surface of your skin. Too much pressure can constrict the flow and cause more trouble in draining. I started with the highest pressure and had indentations from the boots burrowed into my legs for hours. I have finally found a good result and comfortable level at 40%. I suggest you do not strangle yourself as I did, but start with the lower pressure and increase until you have a desired result. I have had other inflatable compression boots selling for a fraction of the cost, but I also got what I paid for...made in China from plastic sheeting glued at the seams and plastic hoses that crimped. If you are serious enough about a sequential compression system to view the ad, then let me assure you the price is more than worth it. There is a return option if you are not satisfied, but you won't send these back once you've tried them. Oh, if only everything you buy online worked as well as these compression boots!!!

Excellent piece of equipment a way less then the uk versions.
Bought this to treat Lymphodeama in my right arm after breast cancer. Have been using one fromthe hospice clinic which helped a lot so thought it best to buy one. This one is the best deal for one from all over. The pump has the required pressure I need and a timer.Quick and easy to set up ( had to change the plug from the American version )and have seen positive results so far including ring finger going down 2 sizes.Had to pay £27.00 import tax before they would deliver but still was cheap compared to the £500 plus wanted from this country. Deliver was just under 2 weeks. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you Neomedic for a good quick sale. Doing a demo soon so maybe bring you in more customers.
