Seller did not respond to requests for product support
Purchased back belt with battery operated air pump. Used the combo 6 times within 1 year when pump stopped working. Assuming I had a 1 year Mfg Warranty, I contacted the Seller Xigouma twice by Amazon Buyer/Seller Messaging asking what my options are but I did not receive a response from Xigouma. Tried to get Amazon involved but could not find the appropriate Amazon help.
