recently bought these from boots found out that the gelatin capsule gave me cold sore.so i cut capsule to try and use ingridients in a drink .very slight pepermint coating around capsule and nothing inside capsule. so much for 125mg .wheres the simethicone ,because if that is coated in with peppermint def not 125mg ,con
