I really like this little mixer, it's a hand whisk that attaches to a stand and when you turn on the mixer the bowl moves round, it does a pretty good job at mixing as well, I just had to scrape the sides of the bowl a bit so my biscuit mixture was fully mixed. It has different speed settings you can use and a turbo for full power. The whisks can be a little tricky to get in but once they are in they are solid. The mixer can be used alone and just handheld, you don't have to use the stand, the bowl comes straight off too, I really like the depth of the bowl and I preferred using it to my normal baking bowl. It doesn't have any kind of cover so be careful when mixing dry ingredients or you can get covered in a cloud of flour, but that's the only thing I found I didn't like. It's mostly plastic and sturdy ish but I wasn't expecting a solid metal stand for that price. For the price it is decent, it's really lightweight and a lot easier to get out and use than my big metal heavy mixer. I love it.

I do a little baking but not enough to warrant buying expensive mixer. To date I have been using a very cheap essentials range hand mixer, it does the job but due to its low power motor I am unable to use for extended periods, whilst using I would have to stop and give it a few minutes to cool down before resuming mixing. I was very excited to try this mixer with a relatively powerful 300W motor. The thing feels heavier than my cheap mixer possibility due to the bigger motor. Once turned on I can definitely feel the difference and know that will beat butter and sugar together in no time. Not only can it be used as a hand mixer it can to fixed to the bowl so it can be used hands free as a stand mixer. By some kind of cog mechanism, the bowl spins around while the mixer is mixing.All very good but sadly mine is flawed, looking at all the other glowing reviews I don’t know if I have been very unlucky here and every other machine doesn’t have the same problem. The issue is the beaters and the dough hooks don’t fix strongly into the mixer and keep falling off. I tried to sort the issue out for over an hour but I just couldn’t get them to affix strongly. I then had a proper go at kneading some dough and whilst I was doing so one of the dough hooks repeated fell off. It took so long trying to repeated fix it back into place, especially now that it was covered in sticky dough, it would have been quicker to knead the dough by hand.I’ll have a go again at a later date with the beater attachments, but somehow I just know I’m not going to be successful. Such a shame as the motor feels so powerful.

It's powerful enough to handle most baking tasks, and the five speed settings provide good control. The stainless steel beaters are sturdy and easy to clean. It's lightweight and comfortable to hold, even during longer mixing sessions. I would highly recommend it.

I ordered this because my previous mixer was on the fritz and I was looking for another one to replace it. This one is nice. Ithas five speeds and a small stand that it sits upon although the stand is a bit flimsy. The mixer itself does a great job and comes with dough hooks as well, but the on/ off switch is really close to the handle so it’s easy to bump while mixing. It’s unfortunate that the stand is a bit flimsy and scoots around on the counter, but I have another stand that I can use so it’s no big deal. All in all, it’s a nice mixer.
