I like the way these feel on my ankles compared with the traditional sand filled weights.Be warned, I have small, thin ankles and these barely fit. At least if I cover the velcro part with the entire sticky part.You could attach it covering less area, but if be afraid that they would not hold after a while.Overall though they serve the purpose.

Love these! Believe it or not, I put these on and started doing some routine house chores—laundry, vacuuming, dusting—and I could FEEL the difference. Highly recommend them. Easy to slip on and off when you find the right fit so you don’t have to be concerned about re-velcroing.

Perfect little ankle weights. I use them on my wrists to go on walks and ankles for Pilates. Easily adjustable and comfortable to wear.

I was pleasantly surprised. I have larger ankles and I like that they fit and felt comfortable. They did leave an impression right after taking off but it fades away after a bit. I used these for walking on the treadmill and it gave just enough extra for me. I like the color and that they are adjustable.

I used these. They are very good but I found two minor issues that lowered my rating by 1 star.First, the individual weights do slide but that means they can cover the velcro part that makes and then it becomes more difficult with one hand to undue/remove the weights from your wrist.Secondly, they are not that comfortable for people with small wrist like me.
