As far as a travel-size curling iron, this fits the bill. It is compact and doesn't take up much space in my travel bag, even with the cord wrapped around the curler. From the listing, I thought it might be cordless since it's designed for travel, but it is indeed corded. As a bonus feature, the pink color is so cute!On the downside, since it's small, so is the barrel. Having shoulder-length hair, using this little iron wasn't effective for me. Since the hair strands had to wrap around it several times, it didn't get hot enough to hold a curl. I will bring my regular-size curler with me on my travels. If you have short hair and are looking for a cute little compact curler or if you are using this on a little girl, it would be perfect.

This is a pretty little pink travel iron that heats to 360 degrees, according to the directions in the package. It has a 1" barrel for pretty curls (for me anyway).The length of the barrel is compact to make it a little easier to travel with, but for me the big plus is automatic voltage so that (with the proper plug) this can be used worldwide.If you have hair longer than a couple of inches below your shoulders, the barrel might not be long enough for your hair. I started at my ear and had to do smaller sections of hair because there was not a lot of room on the barrel. I would trade that for a smaller iron, but not sure if that will work for very long hair.To turn it on, which is not in the instructions, you need to twist the bottom of the iron, underneath the pretty metallic looking ring, which will turn it and the light on. This is on the product page, but I didn't see it and had to play with it for a minute or two.You will need a heat-proof pad for under this. It does not have a kickstand and there is no pad included.So, in the end, you have a little trade-off for the more compact curling iron, but I would say it's worth it.

This is a great little curling iron for the price point. I have silicone mats from other irons to set it down. It was disappointing that there was no mat or storage option provided, but again, you have to look at what you are getting for the price.It doesn’t have temperature control, but that honestly isn’t something I feel like will be too much of an issue for what I need it for. This is not my main tool, but something I can easily take in the go. It’s simple, compact, and easy to use. It seems to work for that purpose and I am happy with it.

I really like that this is a cordless curling iron and i like the size. Its small enough i can slip in my bag.

This is a nice, mini curling iron. It's very light weight and compact so it's easy to store or pack for travel use. It seems to heat up fairly quickly and does a decent job for me. It may not work as well overall as my main curler but it's about 1/3 the size so I wouldn't expect it to. This is a nice item for me to have on hand as a backup or for travelling when available space is an issue.
