I was not expecting this to work, but was I wrong.. I had a small issue with a mouse and a few bugs inside of my house... We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so I din't want any chemicals that may hurt them.. so I put this in the living room in a spare electric outlet.. I did not think anything of it, until 2-3 days later when my wife asked me if I had seen any bugs or the mouse.. I remembered then that I had not seen any bugs nor the mouse 'evidence'... I have not found any expired animals, so I assume "mickey" has decided to move somewhere else.. The cat nor the dogs even noticed the device, so I assume it's pet safe.. (I wouldn't use it around any rodents (ie. hamster, guinea pigs, etc))... Thanks for awesome product! Will refer others to try it out...

I don't have a lot of bugs and spiders in the house, but my main hope is that this would help reduce the amount of flying insects when on the back porch. I can't tell 100%, but it seems to be doing a pretty good job. A couple things I don't really care for about it though is one the green color. Some other color options (which I believe the manufacturer is working on if it hasn't already been addessed) would be nice to fit rooms better. And secondly, it's difficult to know for sure if it's actually on and working. If there is a power outage, or if the device gets unplugged and then plugged back in, I don't really know if it has the same settings still applied or not. It would be nice if the screen gave a better indication as to what setting it was on and what the setting does. Even better would be if this device could be converted to a "smart device" and connect to your phone to be able to control better that way. All in all, a solid device but could use a few tweaks here and there.

Love it, easy to use plug it in and it starts working. I had one in the house by the tenant that lived here before me. I unplugged it and threw it away. Then I started having trouble with critters trying to get in and ants came in in my kitchen, I used ant traps and some other liquid product and it seemed like I got even more Ants. I plugged in this Ultrasonic Pest Control in my Kitchen and I NO longer have Ants and no critters trying to enter my house. Love this device. Wish I had of known about it a long time ago. Love it. It will bother, or kill a hamster or guinea pig if you have one as a pet.This also has 3 levels of Ultrasonic sound to get rid of those pesky critters or/and insects.

This pet repellent is really quiet and very simple to use. My house had some mosquitos and spiders here and there. I want to get a safe solution for solving this problem. I tried the pest repellent spray before, but it is harmful to my little baby. In contrast, this ultrasonic repellent has no harm to my loved ones. After I bought it, I found mosquitos disappear. I am happy to purchase more for each room.

The instructions with this product were very minimal even though there are multiple settings. There is a bright green strobe light on one of the settings that kept me up at night so I switched the setting without the light and still woke up to mouse poop on my counter.I resigned myself to leaving the strobe light on as long as it kept the mice away but in the couple weeks that I've had it, I still find mouse poop on my counters and they have started traveling through my cupboards more.I'm very disappointed in this product.

I was afraid of using this product before because I have a dog and a cat. I decided to give it a shot because the over flow of flies and mosquitoes in my house this year. There was no impact on insects in the first 2 days but they started to acting weird and disappeared after that. My cat and dog seem fine so far after using this. Definitely will get a second one to put in different rooms.

I thought we need a ultrasonic pest repeller to protect our new baby so we bought this, other than using chemicals. I was skeptical after reading some reviews of this product so I send a message to the seller, this seller is super responsive and immediatly address my concers. She suggest me use the first mode or the second mode to repel mosquitoes or cockroaches since we have a baby,she also suggest me keep room clean to avoid attracting more mosquitoes coming in and followed his instruction and this little thing works like a charm. My babay and I never get bit since we use it, that's really unbelievable. I will buy more for my friend who also has a baby, this is a super gift for her! highly recommend!

I had brought similar products before and they didn't work well, but this one works. I am so glad I tried this one. We had ants problem at backyard and some mosquito too. Since we started using it, the ants are gone, and there are fewer mosquito as well. The only con so far is that the lights is a little bit confusing, but we figured it out. Still like it a lot.
