Yes this can be brushed. Keep in mind that when brushing it will leave the brush marks. Sometimes its better to roll it on. If you want a nice smooth surface you will have to wet sand and polish afterwards.

Q: Using this on Remote control car body in order to make it harder stiff and less resistant to bending at speed will this get hard applied to plastic?

Polyesters will not stick to most plastics.

Q: Can you apply rubbing compound after sanding this product?

Yes. To get this super smooth and shiny I would recommend wet sanding starting at around 220 or 320 and work your way up to about 1200. Then start with the rubbing compounds. The other way is to use a product called duratec high gloss additive and spray the gelcoat. Then you won’t have to do as much wet sanding.

Q: Do i need to use a product to make this thicker like paste to fill the holes and cracks?

Yes, you can use cabosil to thicken the gelcoat.
